Tuna Spinach Salad

Here’s a super quick and easy salad recipe that makes my body happy after a good workout.

Ingredients:

  • Spinach
  • 1 can of tuna
  • cherry or grape tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • 1-2 tbsp poppyseed dressing

Directions:

Wash the vegetables.

Chop the cucumber.

In a bowl, mix the tuna and poppyseed dressing.

In another bowl, add a couple of handfuls of spinach. Scoop the tuna mix over the spinach, and lay the cucumber and tomato around the tuna mix. Add some dressing to taste.

Prep time: 5 minutes. Serves: 1.
